it is a day for children in lots,
for they are true and not bots,
for they are little tots small as dots,

for their smile they are always sought.

In victory or defeat they are tomorrow,
they bring joy even in sorrow,
flooded with dreams in their soft bonemarrow,
without them world would be very narrow.
